Inmate Phone System
To receive calls from an inmate at the Gaston County Jail facility, you must have a touch-tone telephone. When you answer a call from our jail facility and hear the computerized voice, wait for the message to complete you will receive options to accept the call, refuse the call, or "block future calls" to your telephone number. You will not be charged for the call unless you accept the call through keying in the appropriate option. The maximum length of the call is 10 minutes. A recorded message will alert you when the call has reached 9 minutes and there is only one minute remaining. All calls are subject to monitoring and recording.

If you are having difficulties receiving calls from an inmate at the Gaston County Jail, your telephone number may be blocked by either Securus, or your local telephone service provider.
