Tracy Schneider joined Gaston County in June 2020, after working for another Local Government HR Department for seventeen and a half years. With over twenty-five years working in NC Local Government, Tracy has established a love of community service and advocating for employees. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Leadership, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Pfeifer University.
An avid reader and history buff, Tracy also enjoys photography and is looking forward to adding some new prints to her office walls.
